We put great attention on using mostly home grown products. Rarely we have to buy some ingredients or products from the local shops. In these cases we make sure all products are locally produced, ie. in South Tyrol. This guarantees quality and supports regional producers!
We put great attention on healthy products and its appropriate further processing. Our cattle breaths in clean mountain air and our fruit and herbs are gently processed.
